How many times a week should I work out?!

Question: How many times a week should I work out!?
My ultimate goal is to be as big as possible!. I have an ectomorph body type, meaning that gaining weight and keeping it is a huge challenge for me!. I try to be as generous as possible in my consumption of protein and carbs, but I'm not sure what kind of workout schedule is the best for me!.

It seems like I gain more strength if I only work out each muscle group once a week, but does that necessarily mean I'll gain mass, or should I lift twice a week for each group!? I do heavy weight and low reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You should continue to work out once a week because if u do it 2 times a week your muscles wont have time to heal and be ready for the next work out, instead of hurting yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Doing low reps and heavy weight is a good idea if you want to gain muscle mass!. The high protein and carbs is also a good idea!. For working out during the week try Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays, then alternating from Fridays to Thursdays then when you want more work out on Mondays, Tuesdays skip Wednesdays, and continue on Thurdays and Fridays!. Also for drinks a combination of water and power drinks are good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

3 times a week all around!. Work out one day, give you body a chance to rest and recouperate the next, then workout the next!.

I have been doing that for about a month and have notice a big difference and I'm not tired or sore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
