So I need help???!


Question: So I need help!?!?!?
I used to be superfit and i excercised daily and ate extremely well!. Lately it seems like all i crave is ice cream and hot pockets!.!. not good!.!.!.!. can someone design a easy healthy dietry plan!.!.!.!.it would be greatly appriciated!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well first--throw away ALL the unhealthy food in your house so that you won't be tempted to eat it!.
And then ask a close friend of yours--someone you can trust, and have them be your personal trainer!. What I mean is to have them watch what you eat!.
For example: stay with him/her or have him/her stay with you for a week or so to help you get into a healthy habit!.!.
When you go grocery shopping--have them stand with you and help you buy healthy food items!.

If you go out to dinner tell your waitress that you are on a diet and ask her the healthy items on the menu!.

But most importantly--stay true to yourself!.

what you can do is go to the grocery store and cut back and exercise and just like go out side run play sports that will get you up and moving and burn those extra calories and fat hope i helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get your basic nutrition under control and with some exercise, you won't need to worry about any unusual diets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
