Help managing snack intake?!


Question:

Help managing snack intake?

i eat threee good meals a day but i'm always wanting a snack throughout the day, i may eat 700 calories of snax a day, do u have any idea how i can keep my mind of the snax and maybe only have 200-300 snak calories a day?

Snacking is good for you! It got a bad name from the people who snack on junk like chips and chocolate.

Three good meals a day is a great start. You should also be having a snack of about 150 calories at 10am and 3pm to keep your metabolism chugging along.

Examples of healthy snacks include:

- A tub of yoghurt and a piece of fruit, or
- 2 pieces of fruit, or
- Some whole meal crackers (2 large ones) or
- A handful of dried fruit and a glass of milk

Go ahead, snack. Just make sure it's good stuff.
