Wat are some really good workouts tht actually show results for getting really nice abs?

i have till september to get them

Goods abs is hard work. Start with good posture, no matter what your weight is now, this is 1st (toomy in, chest out, chin up, ya know)

I found that one of the best ways looks very easy, and works ten time faster than traditonal abs.
Do some stretching, then lie down on back. Arms behind neck, feet together, straight legs. Lift legs together and torso (10" from floor max.) Hold it for at least a minute, let go. (5 times) Then, same thing, but leave torso down. DO NOT LIFT LEGS MORE THAN 8-10" (5 times). Next, arms next to body, lift legs, 5 times. Do it every day. Gradually increase the time. After this each day, remember to stand up and touch toes, back stretched and relaxed.
