Gain fat but not loose muscle?!


Question: Gain fat but not loose muscle!?
I have to gain weight (5-10 pounds) for a health issue I have, and I've been eating more than usual and I've stopped working out!. I used to work out like an hour a day but I decided to stop so I could gain weight!. I haven't done it for like a week and I've discovered that I'm actually loosing weight, and I'm assuming I'm loosing muscle!.!.!.

I wanna keep my muscle but still gain fat!. I want to stay in shape and keep the muscle I've built up!. How do I do that and gain fat at the same time!? any ideas!?

keep working out, but go to a GNC or vitamin shop type place and buy muscle milk powder!. its a protein shake with 800 calories that builds muscle!. have one with every meal!. and the best thing about them is they dont make you feel bloated and full like food would!. youll gain weight in no time but wont get a belly or anything!.

the worst thing you could do is to stop working out!.

Continue weight training!. Don't do cardio (running, bicycling, ect!.) This will do three things!. 1) It will keep your existing muscles stimulated so they don't deplete due to atrophy!. 2) It will help to build new muscle (muscle weighs more than fat anyway) 3) It will further increase your appetite!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
