Well if you're really serious about it you can but this is the only way!. You have to low carb diet for 2 weeks straight and that's it!. You can only have 20 carbs a day! I did it for 2 weeks and lost about 10-15 pounds!. Seriously it works but you have to stick to it for it to work!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you go on vacation to relax, not to show how skinny you are to other people, because chances are that you'll never see them again anyways!.
If you starve yourself now, you might lose 10 pounds, but you'll end up gaining 20 pounds more on vacation because you're so hungry!.

Hi!. This is Bennett's sister!. I would not eat salty, unhealthy, fat & greasy foods!. Don't drink coke!.!.!.drink water!. Coke tends to retain a lot of your water and yeah!.!.!.!.also you should run like 2 miles a day and do some ab workouts!. Example: lying side crunches, situps, and stuff like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well my sister she wanted to loose 20 pounds so what she did is she layed down and pulled her leggs up and down and she did sit ups and she ran mostly all the time and like in 2 weeks she lost her 20 pounds!.!.!.u should drink lots of water and fruit!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise every day & eat only REAL fruit, fresh, frozen, or dried (not stuff with fruit in it like yogurt & ice cream)!. Buy some fresh fruit & some dried banannas, dried apricots, raisins, etc!. It worked for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you have to be more realistic, and you probably should have started your diet way earlier!.

Fast on veggies and rice!. Eat tuna or another very lean protein!. Cut out all soda, beer and any other empty calorie stuff!. Plenty of water and the weight should melt off!.
