Question: Do you think diet drinks should be called "zero calorie" drinks!?
my reasoning is that although they have no calories, it's not really the best thing for your diet!. I think we've come to associate diet drinks as being more healthy for you, which may or may not be true!. Diet simply means whatever your food and drink intake is!. Going on a diet means you're following some guidelines to lose weight!. It doesn't mean drinking a low calorie drink will make you lose weight!. sorry for rambling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think drinks that have no calories in them can be called zero calorie drinks and if a diet drink meet that criteria then they can perfectly well call it that!. But you are right that just being a diet drink or even a zero calorie drink does not necessarily make it the best thing for your health situation!. But unfortunately it is up to each individual to understand that and to the the groundwork to understand what a sound nutrition plan!. We can't stop a manufacturer from making an honest claim about a product because of our ignorance!. Because they would just find a different way to exploit our ignorance!. The real enemy is ignorance!. Of course, I do think a manufacturer should not make a dishonest claim, but that is a separate question!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
