Ladies.. help?!


Question: Ladies!.!. help!?
Okay, I'm a girl!.!. and I'm about to turn 16!.
And I'm starting to develope one of those figures where I'm small at the top, and bigger at the bottom!.
I have what some people call a "bubble butt" and I dont like it!.!. The rest of me is slim!.!. so it really doesnt fit!.

is there any excersise I can do that can make my butt smaller!? or flatter!.!. its not big, its just when i turn to the side is stands out!.!. and its making it harder to shop for jeans!. like when I find a pair of jeans that fit my bottom and hips!.!. then its too loose from the thighs down!.

I just moved into an apartment that has steep stairs, and its quiet and excercise going up!.!. maybe thats why my butt is all of a sudden "puffy"!?

Hey, seriously most guys love this shape- just be who you are and dont be self-concious!.!. there are heaps of outfits that you can pull off that most other girls couldnt- draw attention to you mid section and bust as this will take the accentuation away from the butt!.!.!. babydoll dresses and singlets and sometimes places have maternity jeans that have the elastic waists so that you get the right fitting shape the whole way down!!

I'm shaped like this so I know what you're talking about!! Pants are always too tight in the thighs & butt, and too loose in the waist, and I've got A cup boobs!.

You can't change your basic genetics, so all you can really do is make the most of what you have!. The best thing to help your bum & hips stay as small as possible is lots of cardio exercise - that's stuff which gets your heart rate up!. Aim for 30 or more minutes on most days of the week!. Forget doing butt lifts or thigh squeezes or any other leg exercises that only work single muscle groups - these won't do you a lot of good, in fact they'll just build more muscle on your lower body!.

Doing strength work on your upper body will help you to look stronger & more in proportion here - try push ups & dips, or go to the gym and ask for some advice from a qualified trainer!.

Getting older has helped me to like my body shape more (I'm 31), and also keeping as fit as I can!. And if it's important to you what guys think of you, remember that guys usually like a nice, strong, round butt on a girl rather than a pancake shape, if you know what I mean!!

I can't believe someone recommended lunges!. Lunges will only bulk you up in the behind and the legs!.

However, I don't think it's the stairs that have landed you this new shape; it's your genes!. You can't "spot reduce" fat, so your best bet is to take in less calories than you burn and do aerobic exercise!.

If you don't have much fat you can lose and still be healthy, then the only thing left to do is accept your shape!. It's a pretty figure! I don't have a butt at all and I'm often envious of girls with them!. The grass is always greener on the other side!.

Edit: Again, I can't believe someone mentioned running!. Anything that engages your leg and butt muscles is going to make them larger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
