I'm a fourteen year old girl, almost 15!. I'm over weight, and 5'6!.!. I wanna know what is the best exercise and lose weight in your stomach WITHOUT losing your curves!. Because I reallly love my curves and I wouldn't be myself without them!. Any SERIOUS answers would be very helpful, and any dieting tips if you have any :) Thanks to all who answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sit ups, crunches, push ups, arm circles(put your arms in the air and move them in circle motions), knee kicks(go on all fours and put your knee in the air and swing it back n forth), jumping jacks, jump rope, hula hoop, bike, swim, take walks, run, and don't eat more than 1500 cals a day!. make sure that u do these individual exersices for as long as you can (a reasonable amount for you personally, like when you get tired out go to the next one)!. drink at least 8 galsses of water a day!. good luck this should help!!:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow 5'6!. i doubt you are over wieght!. just not at the normal wieght of a shorter 15 year old!. just drink plenty of water and maybe go vegetarian!? its a possiblity that im thinking about for myself!. not only because i will loose wieght but i will be healthier and probably not have as much acne!. well i dont have acne very much but a few zits every now and then!.
i would reccomend going out for sports!. any is great!. i did swimteam 2 -4 times a week and i lost wieght and added muscle!. soccer is fun and basket ball is too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Salsa dancing and belly dancing also strengthen your core!.? For diet, try to steer clear of too much bread (carbs) and dairy (can promote gas if lactose intolerant)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
