The prescription diet pills are basically appetite suppressants and metabolism boosters!. They work very well as long as you're disciplined enough to follow the diet/workout plan they give you and can resist the emotional eating!.
12 lbs a month (EASY) if you follow diet and 1 hour of exercise a week
Hydroxycuts give you a lot of energy to help you metabolize food better and makes your workout super effective, but it doesn't do much for the appetite for me!.
Still working on getting committed with these!!!

Phentermine works, but it will give you heart palpitations, hypertension, jitters, insominia, and cotton-mouth just to name a few!. You'll have to go to the doc to get an Rx, and if you're not monitored while taking this drug, you can end up having a heart attack!. You also need to be overweight-obese for this drug, and not just wanting to drop some lbs!. to fit into your clothes!. I took the pills for 2 mo!. (monitored by my doc) and as soon as I got off of them, I gained the weight back!. Anytime you try do fast weight loss, you're likely going to gain it back!. If you decide to buy an OTC drug, make note that they're not approved by the FDA, and they'll have similar side effects as listed above!. It's not worth the risk!.!.!.best way is portion control, water and lots of exercise! Not a quick fix, but it's better long-term, and who wants to gain the weight back!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
I lost 25 pounds in two months with Raductil[that's in spanish!.!. I don't know what it's called in english!.!. i think it's like reducil!?] without doing any exercise!. I haven't gained the weight back!.!. and that was like a year and a half ago!.
