like for example

you know something like that



and also is it ok to exercise right before you go to sleep?

Yes, excersizing at any time of the day is fine, but I'd be careful if you know you struggle with getting enough sleep because often its hard to sleep after a cardio workout. Here is an example of a healthy day:

Morning- Bowl of whole grain cereal with half a cup of 1% milk, an orange, and a scrambled egg

Afternoon- Sandwhich with two peices of whole grain bread, a serving or two of lean meat (deli sliced trukey or chicken in example) and a variety of vegitables. A drizzle of olive oil on the vegetables is a nice option. Also an apple and a glass of 1% milk or soymilk or a nonfat yogurt.

Mid-afternoon (snack)- A sliced apple with two tablespoons of peanut butter.

Evening- A peice of grilled meat (chicken or fish?), steamed vegetables, a cup of brown rice or a medium baked potatoe, a salad with tomatoes and spinache, drizzled with olive oil and lemon , and a tall glass of water.

Later in the evening- A nonfat yogrut with some whole grain cereal and almonds.

Excersize: Half an hour to an hour of anything that gets your heart pumping.
