Lunch- Nothing

Dinner - Kebab and chips and about 5 cans of pop , or a large pizza !.

Help!

I hardly drink any water , i get no exercise!? Can someone help me please !.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so try Special K cereal and low-fat milk!.
For lunch try something like the Guiltless Grill Chicken Platter from Chili's, tastes good and has the right nutrition value (but a lot of sodium)
Dinner- try chicken kabobs for protein and always blot your pizza!.
