Question: Need A Healthy Life Style !? *Please Read Me*!?
OK in regards to the other question , i gave little information and got good but few replies !. Basically Ive turned to food as my comfort and Ive only just recently found out , Ive got PTSD, GAD, borderline personality disorder, some schizophrenia, Severe depression, hypo, and mania !. So I'm trying to make a mends for my girlfriend and myself , she shouldn't have to see me eat myself into a early grave and she should have the old me back , a young healthy fit lad!. Ive totally let myself go , i was 9 and a half stone , I'm now 14 stone !. I don't go outside a lot due to myself being so paranoid !.

I down on my knee's begging someone to come up with a plan for me to help myself ! Ive tried dieting and exercising but i saw no change in 3 weeks , and i cut out the crap completely!. I want my old life back!. , where i could walk a few miles and run back home ! If i did that now i would fall over and past out , this message is serious !. I have tears in my eyes as I'm writing it !. I need a plan!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would see a doctor for professional tips so that you can lose as much weight as possible IN A SAFE AND HEALTHY WAY!

What I generally do to lose some weight:
-Eat 5, smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals!.
-Stop drinking any sugar drinks (pop, lemonade, etc!.)!.
-Drink lots of water (it helps suppress your appetite and increases your metabolism)!.
-Exercise! I'm not saying you need to go get a personal trainer, BowFlex, or LifeTime fitness membership!. When you get bored/hungry, go talk a walk/run!. Walking is great because it gives you time to think, increases your metabolism, and you don't have to change your clothes/shower when you do it!.

Those are all easy ways to lose some weight!. They don't cut into your life style to terribly but will definitely help you to lose weight!.

As for areas that have more fat than others, lifting is the only way to tighten up those areas!. Bench press will help you to tighten your chest while crunches and sit ups will help you tighten your stomach!.
