Question: How can i lose this weight before school comes back (read description)!?
Okay, here's the thing!.!.!. I'm 5'1'', I weigh about 150 lbs, I'm 16, and I LOVE to drink milk!. I also don't have a ton of foods in my house that are really healthy!. Also, I can be a bit lazy at times, and I need some motivation!. I really want to lose some weight!.
Here's some more info about me:
I sometimes eat and then get hungry again!. I have a bike and I live in a safe neighborhood!.!.!.!.though I need to learn how to ride the bike this summer!. I can run out of breath really easily sometimes!. I NEED help!. I have thunderthighs and a tummy and flabby arms!. I also have a HUGE butt!!!! I'm willing to do ANYTHING, any kind of workout- no gym memberships or diets (though I am willing to change the way I eat) Any tips!?!!?!

School starts Sept!. 4!!!!

Here are a few tips;

WHEN to eat for losing weight!.!.!.

? Eat (at least) three times a day!.
Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That's the main reason!. Sounds funny, but to lose weight!.!.!. you must eat (the right things, of course)
? Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas!.
? Your last meal should be before 18:00!. Try!.
OK, one apple after 18:00
? Don't starve
Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health!.
Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a weight loss diet!.
? Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast--eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer!.

WHAT to drink for losing weight!.!.!.

? Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day !
Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling!. I just love mineral sparkling water!
This improves your bowel, reduces the "hunger" sensation, and hydrates your skin!. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks!
Don't believe the slogan "water makes me fat"!. Beside being stupid!.!.!. you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys!.
? Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squized!
Don't drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc!. during the diet!. Even lite or light versions!.
I thought this was not possible for me to achieve!. Now!.!.!. I don't even LIKE them anymore!
Nothing compares to the the smell of a fresh natural fruit juice! Not speaking about health!.!.!.
? Avoid those vending machines by carrying around your own healthful foods and leaving pocket change at home!.

? If you want quicker results - exercise would be good!.
? Start a regular exercise program and stick with it!. Don't be afraid of those sweat suits and Lycra pants!
? Start swimming!. Swimming is an excellent exercise to get involved with, since it increases blood flow and uses muscles we don't regularly use!. Start a swimming program and try to do it 3 times a week!. You will feel excellent and rejuvenated!.
? Choose an exercise program that you enjoy, and don't shun the unconventional!. For instance, did you know that regular vigorous dancing is exercise too!?
? Also Cardiovascular exercises such as running, jogging, or aerobics will help you lose that unwanted belly fat!. Weight training can also help you lose body fat because the more muscle mass you have, the more ability your system has to burn body fat!.



And to tone your butt, you can try these;
Move aerobically to burn fat!. Remember that diet and exercise are key to smaller hips!. Good lower body exercises include walking, biking and running!. Perform aerobic exercise for a minimum of one 30-minute session five times a week!.

Do side lunges!. Take a step to the side with one foot, bending at the knee!. Bend the other leg slightly but not as much!. Feel the stretch in your legs and hip!. Repeat on the other side!. This is also a good exercise to do with hand weights!.

Stick your foot through some ankle weights and lift your leg from a lying down position!. Exercise bands looped around your instep also work to increase resistance!.

Sit in a chair with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor!. Place your hands on the outside of your knees!. Push your hands and knees against each other!. Hold for one minute!.

try talking to your parents about getting more fruits and veggies!. ride your bike more often and go for walks, go for a swim, dont drive short distances (walk) do little things like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont eat!? go on the ONLY water diet!.!.!.i think a guy did it for 48 days or something and lost like 40 pounds!.!.!.but i duno

Walk everyday, for about half an hour to an hour a day, Start with a steady even slow pace, then build up to a quick pace, Walk around your block once, For the first week, If it's to easy, walk around it twice, Then three times, Then build up your own walking track around your home!.

If you listen to music when you walk you will fill a little more motivated!.

If you can afford it, A Nintendo Wii, and the Wii Fit board!.!.

I have been using the wii fit daily for 3 weeks and have lost about 20lbs!. It's fun as well as excercise!.!.

Being short sucks, I know, As we are the same height, Although I am 25, I do hope that you grow taller, I have always struggled with my weight, But walking everyday ( 30-90 mins) has really helped, and the little extra with the wii fit, makes me feel even better than just walking!.!. Eat healthy, 3 times a day, try and have 2 bits of fruit per day!. even more! But it will take time for you to think healthy, I believe in you, Do not push yourself to much, Write down a weight loss goal, and stick to it, Weigh yourself ONCE a week ONLY, and wear the same clothes everytime you weigh yourself, it will help give you an accurate reading!.

okay, this is what you do!. It WILL take atleast three days to get use to!.

Any way, get a full nights rest and when you wake up, go have your breakfast[I recomend special K[they have diff flavors like this one with chocolate OR yogurt chunks+more] and a fruit with some water] Then for about 15-20 min just stretch!. Stretch your arms legs, everything and don't stop[find some on the internet!.] then, since you live in a good neighborhood, take an hour walk or a 30 min walk and listen to your i-pod if you have one!. and jog everynow and then!. then when your done with that go back and stretch for about 10 min!. and do some crunche[look some good ones up] then walk for 5 min to cool down!.

If you have comcast, go to on demand and to excercise TV!. so much good stuff there!.!

And for your legs,
grab a pillow from your bed and fold it in half!. Then put it between your legs, but nopt touching your croch, you know!? Then push your legs in and out and in and out!.

or lie down on your side and lift the leg on top up and down[that stuff BURNS! haha]

When ever you want to eat someing follow these rules:
1!. Ask yourself, "Am I really hungy!?"
2!. If you REEEAAALLLY want something bad, lift up your shirt a little and look at your gut!.
3!. chew gum, lots of gum!. NOT EXTRA, theres calories in that!.

Next, drink lots of water!. You NEED to drink 6- 12 8oz!. cups a day!.

Limit your self to beining inside and watching TV to an hour or and hour and a half!. Go out side and water your grass or learn to ride your bike or go hang out with friends!. you know!?

When you eat, try eating less than usual!. For example if you usually eat a whole sandwich for lunch, try only eating half!. Instead of eating a bag of Lays chips, eat the baked instead of fried!. Also if you have any Lil brothers or sisters, play with them outside instead of sitting on the couch watching TV!. This helped me a lot when i wanted to lose weight!. Its also better than starving yourself with those Whack diets and confusing exercises your see in magazines!. For motivation, try doing this with a friend!. or when your Lil bro, or sis BEG you to play outside wit them, don't shoo them away!. just do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
