Question: Someone please tell me I'm not crazy!. My co worker is on an apple and peanut diet!!?
Someone please reassure me I am not the idiot here!.!.!. so a co worker of mine started this diet!.!. one day he wouldn't eat anything all he would do is drink about 2 , 2 liter diet cokes!. Then on the next day he would eat any and everything he wanted trying to get enough nutrition for both days!. However his day to eat he would get about the biggest value meal from a fast food joint!. I told him he was making himself misreable for no reason because that diet was crazy!. He insists there is a book on it!. Now he is on another brainiac diet!.!.!.!.
he said he was switching to a low carb diet!.!.!. although he will eat about 8 little bags of peanuts (2/$1 at a gas station i think golden flake brand) and a bag of apples!. I told him it seemed like he needed more nutrition than that but he said when he gets home he eats a good supper!.!. which I found out was KFC one night and Taco Bell another night!.
Someone please tell me I'm not stupid!
Oh and his form of exercise is sprinting about 30 seconds/dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

Dont worry ur not crazy this guy is trying a desperate measure which will work for a couple weeks (if he can even stay on this diet that long)!. he wont be losing the right kind of weight instead hel be depleting his glycogen (energy) storage which will cause weight loss and also starving urself will starve ur muscles will make u lose weight!. not only r muscles attractive but they burn loads of calories! Ur friend will probably see initial weight loss from this but its all just from depleting ur body!. this has to be one of the WORST diets out there!. if he really cares tell him to read THE ABS DIET by David Zinczenko!. this is a great book (1 of the best) on every part of a healthy diet/lifestyle not just abs! and as far as the one 30 sec sprint no comment!.!. this guy needs to get a reality check haha!. hope that helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your co worker its not dieting at all!. First, diet cokes arent really calorie saving!. Second, your body does not start in 0 each day!. So even if he lets a day go by without calories, it would not do much if he stuffs himself the next day!. Third, those peanuts habe too much fat to be ever considered for a diet!. I think he is either joking with you or really does not have a clue!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, who ever that is is not very bright, youll never gain enough nutrients and losing weight healthy is never by starving yourself or eating once a day with kfc or some fast food joint!. peanuts are good for you but just one little tiny thing that you should add to your diet!. you friend continues he will find out the hard way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow that is super UNHEALTHY! you have to tell him he's hurting his body! he should be eating fruits, veggies, grains, and nuts!. and not just apples and peanuts! he might get thyroid like my dad cuz my dad went on a diet wen he didn't eat at all which resulted in BIG weight gain, heart problems :(, and thyroid!. tell ur friend this! and good luck i really hope i helped! have a great day! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
