Well goodluck I'd have to say and she really lucky to have you and your husband as her parents!

First I'd have to ask, how old is she!? Does she have a job and money coming in!? If not and you two are providing all of the meals for her, make sure and only buy healthy foods at the store!. If unhealthy foods aren't in the house, then she can't eat them!.

Be stern with her and inforce excercise like a morning and evening walk!. Have her eat lots of veggies and if she has to have pop, stick with diet pop only since they have no carbs!. Maybe work out with her, watch a movie and lift dumb bells!.

Remember that she needs your support and if you show that you're worried, stressed, or doubtful, she will too!. Don't let your guard down and stay positive!. She can do this!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have her talk to a doctor about excercise that is realistic for her!. I would focus more on HEALTH and less on WEIGHT!. focusing on her weight won't help her feel better, but helping her be healthy will help!. Do active stuff as a family, even if it's just going for a walk around the block or playing frisbee outside!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat healthy!. Make sure she's not eating junk food, because if she keeps eating that stuff, she wont live long!.
Whole-grains, vegetables, fruit, lean meat etc should be her new healthy eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

have her join weight watchers!. It is inspirational and she gets good food tips!. They have a teen program!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

exercise try somewhere like curves or something for womenWww@Answer-Health@Com

Wow, well let's see!. You could put her on a low-carb diet as well as cut out all sugars and sweets!. No soda, candy, cake, cookies, etc!. Make sure she eats lots of fruits and vegetables and drinks lots of water all the time!. Make simple changes in her diet!. For example,if she's hungry, for a snack, give her carrot sticks and raisins, an apple, or a smoothie!.

Also have her slowly start walking around the house!. Gradually increase her activeness by asking her to do simple things around the house, such as emptying the trash, getting the mail from the mailbox, or sweeping the patio!. Again, gradually increase the intensity!. Ask her to take the dog for a short walk, ask her to weed the garden, mow the lawn, or anything else that forces her to be active!. As she starts to lose weight, she should be able to do more active chores around the house or take the dog for a longer walk!.

Remember to be firm and don't let her cheat! Good luck! :),Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here's an answer I mostly copy and paste so it'll say you alot and it's not accurate about working out so hard for her weight!.

Try this, you can feel and see results in about three days!. Muscle will outweigh the fat so don't let the scale discourage you :)!.

For exercise, try switching it out everyday, so your body doesn't get used to the exercise (Monday Arms, Tuesday Stomach, Wednesday Legs, Thursday Rest, Friday Arms, Saturday Stomach, Sunday Legs)!. Also, one the days where legs or stomach or arms come back around the second workout of the week focusing in that area, try switching the exercise out too!. For arms maybe lift weights (if you have none then use cans and be sure to hold them away from you or they won't work)!. For stomach, you can sit on a bouncy ball and do crunches (don't hold onto your legs), for legs, maybe lay on your side propped up on your elbow and lift the top leg slowly up and down, then switch!. If you are can't exercise an hour, that's fine but try increasing the time every week or so!. If you are old enough to buy equiptment or go to a gym, try that!. As you get further into it, maybe you can buy some equipment for mainly those three areas I listed!. Also, walk home from places or on the commercial break, get up and run wall to wall!.
Also, a REALLY good workout is at youtube!.com and search for 8 minute abs, 8 minute legs, 8 minute buns, and 8 minute arms!. Try doing these on other days (ex!.: Monday arms and workout from youtube, Tuesday legs not workout from youtube, Wednesday stomach and 8 minute abs, Thursday rest, Friday arms no 8 minute arms, Saturday no 8 minute abs, Sunday 8 minute legs!. Try doing those how I listed above and don't do it more than once a day along with your daily workout!.

For food, which is very important (70% of weight loss is food intake while 30% is excercise, though both are VERY important), try this schedule!.

Breakfast:Whenever you wake up or an hour after!.

Drink of choice: One hour after breakfast (all other drinks being water!.

Lunch: 1 1/2 hours after drink of choice!.

Snack: 1 1/2 hour after lunch (or two hours after lunch)!.

Dinner: 2 hours after snack!.

Try portioning your food, one cup for meals and half a cup for snacks and drink of choice!. As you get more used to this, you can decrease your portion sizes!.
Also try measuring your calorie intake and try exercising over the amount of your intake to build muscle which burns access fat!. You can measure that at www!.myfitnesspal!.com where it measures EVERYTHING for you :)!.

If you drink cokes and need help with that, try slowly decreasing the amount of cokes you drink, one day the usual, and decrease half of the amount of that you usually drink until it's half a cup a day!.

While your exercising, I have a problem with wanting to eat then and I'm sure everyone else does too so maybe bring a mug of ice with you and eat the ice so you get a little munch out of it and you hydrate yourself while doing no harm to yourself or your diet!.

Hope this helps and good luck! :)

Also, at www!.myfitnesspal!.com if you do everything it says exercise an hour a day, eat the amount of calories! Just keep in mind that whichever diet you do YOU CAN DO IT!!!! Good luck :)

I've been doing this and so far I've lost 6lbs in 5 days :)
Good luck

Check your BMR and eat that amount of calories (BMR is the amount of calories that you burn daily just by breathing, sleeping, etc!. so if you eat that much, you burn it plus exercise will be burning more then your intake :)

Alot of people simply say "eat right and exercise" and they may seem like little help but that's really all it comes down to; those are the basics of every diet!. There are different ways of eating right and exercising but those are just the two things it all comes down to (:

Here's my answer written directly to you!. Try giving her smaller portion and if she gets hungry between meals; give her either a small spear pickle, a glass of ice, or a weight watchers ice cream!. Try counting her calories online at myfitnesspal!.com and also her exercise!. Try getting some healthy foods (wheat pancakes are AMAZING; it's the syrup that makes it like any other meal :D, so give her about 1tbsp of syrup for breakfasts!. Or also maybe some oatmeal which is really filling!. Or eggs and ham (cheese isn't good calorie-wise)!. For lunches try giving her tuna and some club crackers (1 cup of tuna and 8-11 crackers)!. Also, you could give her some Lipton Creations Instant Chicken Noodle (60 calories for 2tbsp) with about 5 crackers!. Try calculating her BMR (the amount of caories burnt of a daily basis (breathing, sleeping, etc!.)and letting her eat that amount of calories a day that way she'll burn those calories without exercise!. Then whenever; 15mins-30mins a day (increasing by five mins a week) try getting her to slowly lift her legs (if she needs help, give her a little help; don't do it for her though or it won't make any difference) about 100-300 times a day total and increase by 50 every two weeks!. Along with her arms also (get her to have her arms straight up in the air; both hands together and seperate them (4inches away) and then both arms down 3 1/2 inches (if she goes any further down, she'll just be throwing her weight around and not really helping)!. Try getting her to suck her stomach in and kicking her legs and moving her arms just to get moving!. Try getting her to put her arms around her neck and lifting up as high as she can (don't get her to sit up or she'll hurt her back) and be careful to watch her and make sure she's not jerking her neck up with her arms or she'll be working her neck and not her stomach (possibly help her to pull herself up a little, holding her hands and just giving her a heatstart and slowly helping her lay back down!. Get her to move in any way for 30mins a day!. Don't let her drink cokes (one juice a day; or a propel invigurating berry waters (only 50 calories per BOTTLE) and let her have one of those a day all others being water or mil (one cup of milk a day)!. I hope this helps and good luck! (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

You shouldn't worry about loding the "maximum weight this summer" To lose weight healthly you need to do it more slowly, doctors and nutritionists suggest a few pounds a week is the best way to go!. If you lose it slowly your chances of gaining it back are less, if you lose quickly, your chances increase substantially!.
Start by having her track her calories, keeping a food diary is the most effective!. You can use an online website like
http://www!.thedailyplate!.com/
Have her try to keep her calories around 1500 per day!. Make them healthy calories!. Eat things like lean meats (chicken, turkey, fish) and lots of fruits and veggies!. Meals like egg whites with peppers & onions with whole wheat toast and salsa is a great breakfast, turkey burgers for lunch, tuna salad for dinner etc!. For snacks she can eat things like; hard boiled eggs, raw nuts and seeds, airpop or smart pop popcorn, lite yogurt, sugar free jello or sugar free pudding, apple and cheese, frozen grapes, veggies with lite dip, pickle or celery with PB (all natural peanut butter like Adams)!.!.!. so many options!
Eat 5-6 small meals per day, breakfast being the largest, dinner being the smallest!

Excercise! If she doesn't already she needs to start!. Have her start out walking, maybe 30 minutes a day!. Have her increase her speed and distance each day, maybe walk the same route, and time it, then trying to beat her time by a minute each week or something!. Core excersizes like planks are also really good!. Bicycle riding, running, sports, jump roping, swimming!.!.!. any type of cardio!

Only have her weigh herself once a week (or less) and do it first thing in the morning before she eats or drinks anything!. Have her drink lots of water throughout the day!. Replace soda and juice with water, tea, crystle lite etc!.

GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!!
