Is my work out..working?!?!?!


Question: Is my work out!.!.working!?!!?!!?
I am trying to lose weight and I have started going to the gym 3-4 times a week!. I am doing some sort of cardio, cycle, tredmil, Elliptical for about 20 minutes!. Then I do some strength training!.!.!.my arms and legs!.!.!. for about 30 minutes but not much on my stomach!? They only have one machine that's for the stomach and it's the on that you sit with your legs facing to your right and your chesting facing forward and you have to move your legs in half circle without moving your chest!? Is this all okay or what else should I do!? or what should i changeWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you are looking for more stomach (core) work, look for medicine balls (weighted balls)!. You can sit on a matt, and cross your legs while having them in the air!. Then twist with the ball, and go back and forth, then keep going for your desired amount of reps!. For more core work, find a coach or trainer if any are available in the facility!. Keep working hard, your heart and body will thank for it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
