Do you think its smart for me?!


Question: Do you think its smart for me!?
I lost 62 pounds, healthy and steadily!. Im happy!. I have a large body frame, however, and Im between 5'4" and 5'5"!. So the least I can get down to is about 150/160, but when I get down to it, Ill look as if Im 130 Ibs!. My sister was the same way, she could never be a size 2!.


Im about 200 pounds right now, I feel fine!. Summer is hard for me to lose weight with all the BBQ's, party's, and eating!. Ill work out, but I want to leave my weight where it is, then begin again when in September to lose the 50!. Ill be going to Florida next summer, so I plan to be at a healthy weight!.

Im 17!. Is that a smart thing to do!? Ive always been comfortable in my skin =] Im happy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

why woul you want to be a size 2!?
just so you can conform to the standars of beauty on tv!?

everyone is beautiful and curves (toned) are alot hotter in a bikini than a stick with a head!. If you have a natural large body frme you will never be a size 2 as much as you try!. Your born with curves for a reason So flaunt it baby!.

if you want to leave your weight as it is continue wht your doing and just do everything in moderation!.

Good job for losing weight, you can do whatever you want to do, just as long as you think you can not gain the weight back!. I would just keep walking every day or working out, instead of stopping for fear that i'd gain my weight back, But its your body and you know it, do whatever you want!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your happy and comfortable than why loose weight!.!.!.i dont think your fat just a lil large (big boned) but if you loose it slowly throughout the year thats fine and healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com

i know its hard over the summer but u have 2 lay of on the food with fat but if u want to loos wait or u end up not healthy and relley faaaatWww@Answer-Health@Com

i'm not exactly sure what you're asking here but if you're happy in your own skin your only goal should be to get/remain healthy!. just make sure that whatever weight you're at allows you to have healthy cholesterol and blood pressure!.

i think people overuse the term "dieting"!. we need to start phrasing it as "portioning" or simply "watching what you eat" and it should be a life-long process not a three month crunch "diet"!.

in my opinion--enjoy the barbeques! eat what you want! but eat in moderation!. and for every bbq/party that you let yourself attend and eat well at, give yourself two days of strict eating where you know you are only consuming the calories you need that day!.

also exercise is the same way!. it should be a life-long activity NOT something you do because you're eating healthy!.

so enjoy your summer, eat what you want [in moderation], and take a 20 minute jog three times a day and you most likely will remain your weight maybe even lose a little!.

At 5'4" - 5'-5" you should not be 200 lbs!. I think it is definitely a good idea to lose some weight!. Especially while you are young at 17, when your metabolism is still peaking!.!.!. as you age your metabolism will only decrease in speed and you will gain more and more weight more easily!. It is important to stay active and keep your metabolism working at its best as well as keeping a healthy diet!.

I know you said you have a large frame, but the healthy weight for your height is a good 60 pounds less than what you are!. You should seek professional help to get an accurate idea of what you should be weighing and try to get to that level!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
