Hi, and thank you for clicking!.

Ok, first off, im 13 years old, i weigh about 108-113, depending on what time of the day i weigh myself, and i WANT A 6 PACK! Or at least a 4 pack!.!.!.!.

Ok, i'm willing to diet, not crash diet!. I also do 150 sit-ups every night, but it just won't work!. i'm willing to work out a little, but none of that gym stuff, just regular at-home workouts, maybe something i can do while watching television!?

P!.S!. School Starts September 5th, and i would like to get it sometime around there!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, first of all, at the age of 13, you may still have "baby fat", so a fully ripped six-pack is unlikely, but I know of a few ab workouts to help you out bro!. Committing to a gym is really the best way to go if you wanna go all the way, but nevertheless, I'll give you some tips that I picked up in the gym that you may be able to do in your home!.

While watching TV, try these things called "shooters"!. You spread your elbows out, put your fists on each side of your head, take you shoulder blades off the ground, stick one leg all the way out while keeping the other in!. Hold this position for one second, and quickly switch so that the other leg is all the way out and the originally extended one is in!. Do a lot of those!.

Also, try contraction punch sit-ups!. In these, when you contract in your crunch or sit-up (when you go up with your elbows touching your thighs), have somebody punch your stomach (not hard, but not too lightly either) on the contractions!. That helps the muscle build better!.

Another thing you can do is to lie down on the edge of your bed so that your upper-thighs are on the edge, and your legs are dangling!. Keep both legs straight and parallel to each other and lift them about 12-16 inches, bring back down (keep it controlled), and repeat!. In this same position, you can also do scissor kicks in which one leg is 12-16 inches higher than the other, but you kick rapidly, alternating the legs!. You'll feel it!.

But aside from that, just run a lot!. Eat a lot of fruits, incorporate very little fat into your diet, and a lotta protein!. Protein shakes are useful, and start your morning off with eggs and English muffins!. Go for fish or grilled chicken (not too much added stuff, keep it simple and high-protein) for meals!. Above all, stay active!.

Good luck with that six-pack, bro!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok well really the weight doesnt really matter but well i have a eight pack and so i would say that you need to start running and get in shape so you can see them becouse you already have muscleunder the skin but just need to lose it so run about 1 mile then do 50 - 70
then wait and do it again i think i really helps me out!.
tell me if it worksWww@Answer-Health@Com

dude, not everyone can have a 6-pack!. you could work out and work out and work out and still not have that signiture look!. especially at 13, when your body is still growing, and your muscles are still devoloping!. this is not to say you would not be defined!. don't worry about being so ripped! just be healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try pilates or the plank (where you balance on your toes and forearms and keep your body as straight as possible!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
