drink lots of water!. don't eat anything bigger than the palm of your hand!. Eat 6 (small) meals a day!. Your last meal should be at 6pm!. No Dinner! After six, if you get very hungry, just drink lots and lots of water, and if you are tempted to eat something, just go to bed early!. Eat less and move more!. You need physical activity during the day!. No sugar, No sweets, No fats, No carbs, No salt, in other words- No fun!. Eat lots of vegetables, not too many fruits!. Eat low or non-fat yogurt, jello, whole wheat bread(sometimes), avocado and fish(not fryed), eat tuna, boneless skinless grilled chicken breast!. Trust me- you will drop weight faster than anything!.
DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!! That only slows down your metabolism because your body goes into survival mode and will hold on to the fat in your body as long as it can instead of burning it, that's why you should eat a lot more meals so that you won't go hungry and start shedding the pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk walks in the morning!.
Eat tons of fruit!.
Make celery your best friend!.
Skip bread and desert!.
Do squats, sit ups, lunges, push ups!

Build muscle!
