Question: 13 years old 5'3 170 pounds!? picture inside!. [promise it's not bad]!?
i'm fat and i wanna lose some weight i'm currently taking dance and volleyball and more activities comming soon!. but i wanna know what i should eat!. i nkow to stay away from junk food and stuff but wat else is good that will help me lose weight!. please and thank you fer the ppl answering thins! =]

ohh and i don't like asking this question!.!. but do i really look fat FAT!?!?

Hmm, well first of all; look at yourself in the mirror and just believe that you WILL loose weight!. (From what i saw in the pic you really aren't that fat, seriously!)

If you wanna keep from getting cravings, chew some really yummy gum!. Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner on time!. Do not eat after 5-6pm!. You can also eat small portions of healthy meals (about 3-5 is alright) example: fruits and veggies!. Even a banana is counted as a small meal!. Eat lean meats, like fish/salmon!. NO PORK!. Eat as little fried / oily foods as possible, and try to cut calories and stay at a healthy rate of eating!. In other words, TRY NOT TO EAT TOO MUCH! :)

Excercise 30-45 mins a day!. Get dvd workouts, or swim!. You can even play DDR ! It's good that your taking dance and volleyball too! You should start by jogging/walking/running each day for 20 mins, and increase by 5-10 mins each day!. You don't have to walk for and hour, at least 45 mins is good!. =]!.

And just enjoy losing weight ! Don't expect it to be quick, because slow and steady wins the race!. <3Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you look fat at all!. With the activities you are in I think that you will be busy enough!. I find that if I stay away from carbonated beverages my stomach stays tighter and I drop a couple pounds!. I also drink more water (when I get tired of water I usually drink Propel Fitness Water, it has fewer calories than a lot of the others do!.) I also find that the less I stress about my weight the easier it is to loose it!. So try not to be to obsessed with you weight!. It has little to do with who you are as a person!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, no you don't look fat!. You shouldn't even think that!. it is true to stay away from the junk food!. Especially anything that has massive carbs!. I have found that if you want to loose weight then try increasing your protein slightly and do at least 30 minutes of cardio (running, jogging, swimming) a day and do crunches every other day!. Also, donot underestimate the powers of a yoga ball!. When doing crunches place it under your lover back so that your torso gets extension and flexion!. Eat colorful foods like fruits and veggies and as terrifying as it may sound cut back your sweets and sodas!. !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. but honestly I don't think you need to lose weight maybe just tone up and watch what you eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just keep up the good work!. You don't need to look at a number on the scale to feel good about yourself!. From your picture, I think you look actually very proportional!. I have a 14 year old and an 11 year old daughter and we really don't focus on numbers, but how you feel and about confidence!. Just stay active and eat lots of fruit/veges!. its really suupeeeer good if you take a slim fast(vanilla)and put ANY kind of fruit you like in it and a bunch of ice in a blender!.
its really good and healthy!. just drink one of those instead of a meal!.
and if your parents dont like you having slimfast then just use a low fat yogurt!.

i am like 160, im the same height as you and i look no where NEAR that goood!.

be proud of your body, no one would know that you are heavy when you look like that!.

due to your actual weight, you probably do need to loose a few pounds for health sake!.

you don't look 170!.!.!. But you could stand to lose a little weight!. my problem is the food, too!.!.!. meh its so hard not to eat sometimes!. I used to go wihout dinner every night, but then we moved and that kind of stopped my eating pattern!.!.!. im not sure it was good for me, but I lost like 15 pounds in 3 months!.

cut the carbs, watch your portions, ride your bike everywear [[in reason]]!. dont change your goals very often, stick to one!! also, make your goals in reason!. tone up by doing squats, situps and pushups!. do as many as you can, and each night, do two more!. it works!! give it time!.!.you might not see results right away!
