You can't just target your stomach only!. The best way would be to do cardio 3 or 4 times a week and put an emphasis on your mid-section with crunches and other ab work!. You need the cardio to help you lose fat, otherwise you'll only build muscle under your fat and you won't be able to see results even though they might be there!. i have many ways
-play a sport like soccer baseball basket ball
-work out
- Do not eat if you are not hungry
-If you are dying for a sweet between meals have some dried fruit or a banana
-If you are hungry and you have just eaten, have some nuts
-If you crave sweets after a meal have a diet Coke
-Drink at least 8 glasses of pure water spaced throughout the day
-Cut down on caffeine!. 2-3 cups of tea/coffee
-run a mile every day

the answer is simple, consume less calories and burn more calories than you consume!. Also Buy yourself a yoga ball and do situps on it, you'll have a washboard stomach in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio!. Run 30 minutes a day and do at least 200 hundred sit ups daily!. Cut out junk food and drink plenty of water, youll see all over results quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

EXCERCISE IS ALWAYS THE KEY!! I don't know if you can tolerate the crunchies excercise!.!.!.almost sit-up types!! They usually make my head hurt but they are very useful!!

lol same problem for me, but if u have willpower unlike me then u will succedd! seriously go out for a walk for at least 30 minutes every day and do not eat junk food for bout 2 weeks and u will notice a differnceWww@Answer-Health@Com
