hi is it ok to have weight watchers veg soup for my lunch before i go to the gym am not going til about 2 o clock this afernoon would that be ok .


Answers:

I think its great. From a fitness level, its good to go to the gym after you eat. You burn calories that you in take from the meal. You sometimes see people walk off their food after lunch to help digestion. All good things. My only concern would be do not do an intense work out until you have digested and you'll know. If not, you may get ill, and we don't want that.
