my grandpa buys fast food a lot and everytime i go on my diet he buys some and i totally drop my diet i am not saying it is his fault and we also have fast food for dinner i really dont have anyway of controlling what they buy and feed me for dinner i can always say no but the temptation is there and it is hard to resist how can i still lose weight with this keep happeningWww@Answer-Health@Com

well i say on the news the other day that if you take a swigg of tobasco sauce it will make you not hungry or just less hungry!.
so i would suggest doing that befoore the fast food so you dont eat as much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i think you could try talking to your grandpa and let him know that you are going on a diet, thats really an honest way that i can think of so that you don't feel bad about giving in!. you could also tell him its not healthy for him either i mean don't you want him to live for a long time!? let him know that it will benefit you both or suggest something healthier i know it is hard to resist but if you just let it keep happening then you will not be able to lose the weight like you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah drinking alot of water helps!.!.!. if your annorexic!. it fills your stomach and gives you the sensation of being full!. you dont get any neutrients tho and its not good for you!.
depending on the speed of your metabolism, your body can digest so much food in a given amount of time!. instead of eating three meals a day, if you break that up into six meals, it will give your body more time to digest the food and you will lose weight!. :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

ask for a side salad and a veggie burger from burger king!.!.!.hold the mayo and cheese
stay away from fries!.!.!.remove the buns from the burgers!.!.!.don't eat cheese or mayo or fries!.!.!.blot that greasy burger with a napkin
eat veggie pizza thin crust
eat black bean tacos with corn tortilla
don't eat fried chicken

try limiting the amount you eat (count your calories) and go with your grandpa so you can atleast choose something more healthy!. Also exercise!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ive heard that if u drink water & eat a handful of peanuts before you eat, it will help control ur hunger!. this way, u might not eat as much at one time!. just try to find healthier foods at these fast food places!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

join weight watchers, you are able to eat what you wanna eat but they give you health guide lines, it really works!Www@Answer-Health@Com
