im wanna stop excercisin for a while cause i do it 1-2 excercises every single day

Ok, this is what you do because you are a smart 14 yr old and you are driven, right!? You are going to eat to nurish your body!. You are going to put your heart and soul into an activity that you absolutely love!. If its running, you will run sprints like your pants are on fire!. If its dancing, you will dance like no one is watching (ok, I stole that one), if its soccer, you will run with the ball like you are the only one who can score, then you will lose the weight, without trying, and you will have rockin legs!. Its mostly about diet, not dieting!. I eat chocolate, but my breakfast is oatmeal with chopped dates or egg whites and sauteed veggies!. My dinner is grilled chicken, shrimp, veggies, whole grains, with spices and flavors!. Look at cookbooks and ask your mom to make a recipe with you, you will bond, ask her to get healthy foods with you, I'm a mom, trust me, this would work, tell her you want to spend time with her doing this!. Freeze extra for the future so that you never have a reason to cheat, and get in great shape girl, because you are worth it!. Just do it, ok!? Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how yuor fat is distributed and what exercises you are doing!. Squates and using resistance bands will help tone your legs, as will running, lunges and many others!. short intervals of exercise everyday is ok, but 2 times a day can slow your matabolism if you are not consuming enough calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You wanna lose fat!? Do Cardio workouts!. Go for a jog, sprint, skip rope etc!. Not ONLY will you lose that inner thigh fat but ul lose fat PERIOD!. And, unless that 10-15 pounds came 100% from body fat in ur inner thigh then nope!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe alittle, i heard the first place you lose fat is from your abs so you might see a little change!. But if you want to lose weight you shouldnt take long rests!. its a big commitment

I dont think you lose weight by stopping exercise, so that wont work and 1-2 exercises a day is too little to get any results to begin with, you should talk to athletes (track preferably) to find a decent regimineWww@Answer-Health@Com

maybe you need to do some lunges to keep your thighs toned if you stop altogether you will gain it right back so once you get where you are happy then just keep eating wisely and at least try to work out 3 maybe 4 times a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

try doing it 3 to 4 times a week if you want to change it up!. too much exercise isn't goodWww@Answer-Health@Com
