actually m trying to concieve, so pl suggest me according to that.
i have just started doing tredmill for about 30mins

Don't start a diet program without your doctor's ok! Make sure any diet you're following is balanced! When you get pregnant, you need all your nutrients. Walking is great exercise. Do you drink any soda? That's the easiest thing to cut out. You can lose weight just by switching to water or tea. Try adding healthy foods instead of trying to cut out the bad stuff. Adding a serving of fruit to your breakfast, and a vegetable to your lunch is a great way to start. Have fresh fruit and cut veggies available for snacking. Good luck!
