Could i lose weight by doing this simple things?!


Question: Could i lose weight by doing this simple things!?
Before i eat anything in the morning i would run 1 mile!.!.!. so i would burn fat from yesterday or fat!. Then before lunch i would dance for 30 minutes!. Then around 3 i would clean the house!. I would also walk 1 mile a day with my dog!.


Im 5ft 10 inches and i weigh 198 pounds!. So do you think i could lose about 10-20 pounds in 2-3 monthes!?
