Lost fat off of inner theighs?!


Question: Lost fat off of inner theighs!?
i need some simple excersizes that dont require any weights to help me lose weight off my inner theighs!. i walk and stretch almost everyday, but still nothing!. please help!?

also, any advice on losing weight off of my butt & love handles!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you sure it's fat!? If you're as active and in shape, you might have muscle there instead!. You can do Pilates to target certain areas, and as long as you're getting overall exercise, that'll help to tone certain areas!.

Doing squats and lunges will help the butt!. Love handles start to disappear on women when they reach 20% body fat, so losing overall weight should help!. I found the following for you, too:
