Which part of egg is best for me?
i am working out in gym. Which part of the boiled egg has the highest protiens? is it true that yellow part of the egg can increase ur fatt? i DO NOT want to become fatty. i am 22 years old. what should i take in my breakfast which can help me in my workout, i mean plz tell me some protiens rich sources?

Its true that the only part of the egg with protein is the white and the yolk is all fat, but it will not necessarily increase YOUR fat. The yolk is nutritious and full of vitamin A along with other vitamins, and the full egg with the fat and protein combo is much more filling than the protein alone. 70 calories from two eggs is much more filling that 70 calories from several egg whites. And in case you were wondering, the white is about 17 calories and 3 grams of protein and the yolk is about 53 calories and six grams of fat and 3 grams of protein. Enjoy your nutritious eggs! :)
