hi im a 16 year old kid whos skinny and just started to workout
im 6 foot 142 pounds!.
i just started going to the gym everyday working out 1 muscle everyday and ive baught monohyrdate creatine and a weight gainer to help me gain weight!. for my weight i can do alot i bench press 135 with no spotter and i just noticed gains in my weight!.!.!.

do you think with my creatine and weight gainer plus intense working out everyday i will be able to get to 165-180 in 6 months !?!? And does anybody have any special weight gaining workouts to share!?

i highly doubt youll get there in such a short amount of time!.!.!.unless your genetically gifted!.!.!.!.you need to buy some whey protein to
take it RIGHT afterwards!.!.!.then about an hour after that eat a high protein/carb/fat rich meal
and you shouldnt work one muscle a day!.!.!.thats retarted
each muscle group should have 6-9 sets total!.!.!.this is called max ot!.!.!.it works!.!.!.google it if you want theres liek a whole plan, but most people are stubborn and want to make there own plan
but by 6-9 sets total i mean this
its an example for biceps
3 sets of barbell curls reps 4-6
2 sets alternating dumbell curls reps 4-6
1 set cable strate bar curls reps 4-6
thats 6 sets it should be sufficient
but you should spend 30 minutes to 1!.5 hours in the gym!.!.!.no more no less!.!.!.but yeah do some groups together
like back+biceps
traps+delts
chest+tris
legs
if you want to go 4 days or you could do
back+biceps+traps
chest+tris+delts
legs+abs if you wanna go 3
or if you like 5 do
legs
arms and abs
back
shoulders!.!.!.traps+delts
chest
but yeah
thats pretty much your options!.!.!.doing what your doing is to much
if your getting really strong fast!.!.!.your experiencing newbie gains!.!.!.!.thats the norm at first then it slows down!.!.!.if you have a good plan at first and stick with it then you should get big

yee ill keep the milkshakes in mind with 4 meals a day
and im serious because next summer theres all ontario rugby tryouts and this year they said ill be on if i get bigger i have the strength and the talent i just need to get bigger and my mind is set on it so i dont know!.!. it might be unhealthy but thats life i guess

i do 1 muscle a day so i go 7 days a week
when i do say chest ill do like 4-5 different things so whenever im there ill be there for around a hour and i do about 15-20 sets of a muscle!. I workout with my one buddy and hes jacked to **** so i just follow him and thats what he does and hes a monster so i dont know i just follow his lead i guess!. This week ive done every muscle and they've been getting tighter a little bit like they wanna grow so im liking it!.!.!. If i follow this and it doesnt work ill go to doing 2 muscles a day!. And with the creatine monohyrdate and muscle milk 2 times a day which is 1030 calories or so plus 4 meals im thinkin that i could gain massive muslce in short time
