How can i lose 2 pounds every week?


Answers:

Drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water daily. Eat 3 planned meals and 2 snacks daily. No dessert, no sodas, no alcohol.
2 half cup servings of rice, potatoes, pasta, cereal or bread
daily. 3 servings of vegetables--like salad greens, broccoli,
green beans, etc. 2 3 ounce servings of meat or fish daily,
2 servings of fruit--actual fruit, not juice is preferred-- 2 servings of milk or yogurt, and 2 Tablespoons of oil like in salad dressing or in the preparation of your meats and vegetables. It has worked for me for the last 2 months. I've
eaten sugar free jello--just one serving has no clories and it is filling, also fat free pudding instead of milk or yogurt. Once in a while I will eat something not on my approved list, or
have dinner at a friend's house and not be able to control
the food groups. I just make up for it by having a large salad
with lots of fresh veggies and a little protein like turkey lunch meat cut up as the protein in the salad. I limit beef to once per week, the rest of the time it is chicken, turkey or fish.
