How to loose weight and FAST?!?!


Question: How to loose weight and FAST!?!!?
I'm fourteen, and since age eleven I weighed around 220-230 pounds!. Well I am proud to say that I have recently gotten my weight down to around 180 (which is still a lot, I know, but I'm happier because I look and feel better)!. I've really been off track with my "diet"!. I stepped on the scale tonight and I have gained almost six pounds, and I'm honestly kind of in a state of panic!. I want to be skinny, I never have been before, and the diet I was on before stopped working, kind of!. I don't know!.
FYI: I'm vegetarian!.

sounds like you are doing great! what you are having is a plateau that can be discouraging you!.

vegetarian living is very beneficial but you have to keep your
metabolism going by modifying your exercise program!.

try weight lifting every other day and cardio work outs on the days you are not lifting weights!. also their are lots of protein in soy products and this fits in with your vegetarians lifestyle!.

keep a food journal as this keeps you on track and also try to

you can try eating grape fruit, and other things that increase your metabolism rate, and lots of fruits and vegis to fill you up without putting on many calories!. WIth an increased metabolism rate, your body will burn your fat faster!. also try working out to build muscle because for each pound of muscle you have you burn 50 more calories at rest every day!. If your a girl and you dont want to work out, you can try sprinting or doing anorobic exercises to build muscle!. Hope this helped :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you've lost that weight through exercise and healthy eating GOOD JOB! That's the only healthy way to go!.!.!.!.

After a while your body gets used to the exercises if you keep doing the same ones and eventually it will no longer be a challenge so maybe you need to mix it up a bit!.

You can't lose weight simply by being on a diet and expect to keep it off permanently, to keep it off you have to exercise and build muscle!.!.!.I've found that running is a great exercise and it's free!!! Just make sure to have running shoes so you don't get injured!. Start of slow and short if you haven't done any running!. Keep up the great work!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well!. If you want to lose weight and stay healthy, its not going to be easy, not lying at all!. but you NEED to get yourself into a regular workout routing, even if only starts off as jogging a half hour a day one or two times a week, you have to drive yourself to eating healthier also, and just eating less isnt necessarily healthy, eating 3 meals a day is VERY important to maintain your metabolism, which is what determines how much weight you lose or gain and how fast!.
But yeah, working out and eating right will both help to stabilize, and maintain a healthy metabolism!. which will in turn help you in your weight loss!. because if you just stop eating or just suddenly start eating less than your metabolism will slow and than if you do start eating even a healthy amount again you will gain weight again!.
and if you do chose to jog, which in my opinion is the best way to go with exercising because its free and you can basically do it anywhere!. i would suggest doing it in increments!. like jog at a steady pace for 5-10 minutes than walk 2-5 than jog 5-10 than walk 2-5!. and continue for at least a half an hourWww@Answer-Health@Com

for a workable diet -
here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet!. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad!. this fills u up!. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb(potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category), 25% protein!.this will prevent cravings too!.an occassional treat is OK!. have a snack every three hours!. fruit (ideally berries) or soy nuts!. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs!. switch from white rice and bread to brown!. eat 900gms of veggies a day!.Lose a kilo a week!. that is permanent loss!. pick an exercise regime you like!.
get a pedometer and try to take 10,000 steps everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
