How to get rid of a red face after working out?!


Question: How to get rid of a red face after working out!?
So typically when I run and do cardio workouts I get red in the face!. But I'm going into high school this fall and I want to avoid the red face and going to my next class like that!. (ew)

What are some ways to prevent this!? I heard taking a Benedryl might work!? Any tips please!?!? Thank you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i get that alot, all you have to do is just calm down concentrate on your breathing and just put up with it, thats what i have to do, but there are other people whos faces get redder than mine!!

hehe!.!.!. i hear you!.!. i get a red face ALL the time!. One time i was trying to juggle a soccer ball and my face turned to a tomato LOL!.!. and i was barely even moving around!. yes definetly!! mix a cup of half water and half milk!. use a wash cloth and moisturize your face with it!. it takes away redness really quicklyWww@Answer-Health@Com
