Okay so i really want to loose weight but i get a lot of chocolate cravings!. Do you think it will work if when i get a craving i just chew up a bar of chocolate and then spit it out!? So i dont eat it but i get to taste it!?

Answers:
I really really don't suggest doing this!. I thought that would work for me and I ended up doing it with almost everything I was eating!. I would consume about 400 calories a day and then chew everything else and spit it out!. As a result, I lost too much weight!. Maybe instead, try having one of those miniature chocolate bars, like the Reeses Minis or something like that!. Eat it slowly and enjoy it!. I believe that each Reeses Miniature cup has less than 50 calories in it, so it won't put too much of a dent in your diet!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i've heard that anorexics do that but personally i don't know how that would work who wants to chew something and then spit it out, insted i think you should allow for a fun size bar or find chocolate alternative like diet hot chocolate, fudgecicles, fat free chcolate pudding and single serving icecreamsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Often giving up the food for 2-4 weeks is enough to stop the craving!. I live abroad now and can't get good chocolate, thus I had to give it up and I honestly never crave it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No it is not a good Idea! There are sugar free chocolates out there! Get some of them!. However you should still watch your intake of food!. Just make yourself eat less!. It works better in the long run!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
