Question: How can i get some curves into them without doing any exercise that makes the leg muscles big!?
i am fairly skinny but my stomach is like a rectangle!. and has like a medium/small pack of fat on top and hardly any curves!. i've tried doing hoola hoop but i think its too light, and its very expensive to buy heavy weight hoolahoops here!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

drill a hole into your hula hoop and fill it with sand or gravel!.
Then just seal up the hole with tape!.
