Answers:
Some people say that B-fast is the main meal but!.!.!.!.!. Well here is a suggestion!.
Carbs are like an addiction, if you eat them you want to keep on eating them, so My suggestion is cut in carbs and if you eat them in the morning you going to want to eat them during the day so
- have a light very very light b-fast, prob a glass of skimmed milk, or some fruit, then eat every 2-3 hrs
- mid morning snack - fruit
- lunch - regular lunch with little to no carbs
- mid afternoon snack - fruit
- dinner, you have to go with something light but here is the deal if you want to sin have a little carb at night, then it will be that and you wont feel anxious to have some more!

It works for me, also your body gets adapted very fast and you are never hungry b/c you are always eating!!

well do this whatever your vice is (cookies, soda, ) whatever extra calories u consume, don't for a month and do 30 min s of cardio three times a week at a nice pace(hard enough to sweat but also easy enough where u can talk) u will lose that in a monthWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to decrease your weight then try to follow these instructions:

1) Eat fresh uncooked vegetables!.
2) Use salads as much as you can!.
3) Try to avoid the dishes containing fats!.
4) You should have the habit of fasting at least one in a week!.

Eat healthy, home made food - cut the junk food - walk instead of riding the bus/tube!. Whenever you're just a little hungry, have an apple instead of a bag of chips or whatever else you normally eat!. Work hard and get some exercise - that should do it! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Jog an hour or two a day
2!.Walk an hour a day!.
3!. try some aerobics
3!.go play a sport like softball or tennis
4!.pick up some tai chi
