Question: 5'0 122 lbs!. early 20's How do i loose the belly bulge and tone up!?
Ok so I have been working out for 2 days I run 2miles a day and do crunches and some weight lifting I am doing it right!?

I want to join the Air Force and want to get in shape I need endurance and upper body strength and I would love flat belly!.

Am I doing too much!? I am sore but not too much!. How can I tell if am working out the right parts of my body to get the results I want!.

First, check your diet, make sure you cut the breads and starchy foods!.!.!.they always leave their mark in that area!.
Next, focus on setups or leg lifts if you really want to tighten the ab area, as far as upper body, pull ups is a great simple way!.
You might want to get a weight bar that you could install in a doorway so you can do the pullups and leg lifts from the same location!. No pain no gain!
As far as eating, natural foods, low starch and eat till your just comfortable when done!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first thing to do is realize that bacon, chips, pizza and doughnuts aren't the four food groups!. If you really want to get yourself in some shape, don't listen to some joker telling you to take some drugs, try to get some sessions with a trainer or join the YMCA!. There are lots of knowledgable people there!. You could also do a Google search and find all of the answers you want!. Just stay away from that stupid Herbalife crap!.
