Answers:
No, you are doing what a high school athlete would do!. Not sure of your current fitness, but it sounds like you are a young person so:

There is no reason why you cannot run 2 miles per day (suggest 3rd day rest), but time yourself on the 2nd day!. Try and improve!. Weightlifting (body building) can be done as long as your particular muscle group has recovered!. Watch the shoulder (rotators) - as they are used for both push and pull days!.

Elite athletes don't do more than 4 days of weights per week - but add something on the other days - like intervals / crossfit / or pilates / yoga / band therapy work!.

I've no idea what that PHD was talking about!. They are obviously not trained in performance or fitness!. Usually I make this sound after they say something !.!.!. phhhd!.!.!. then chuckle to myself!.!.!. Some doctors (not me though) think they know everything!.!.!.lol!.

Give your body the nurishment it needs it order to perform!. And keep the workouts fresh - you'll stick with it longer!. High intesity is always better - turn up the volume!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't try to everything at once! If you continue to train as hard as you are you will start to have repetition injuries!. Try to break up your workouts so that you do weight training 3 times per week and cardio 3 times per week and rest on the seventh!. Try not to work muscles that are sore because it will increase your risk of injury!. You should eat approximately 2 hours prior to working out!. This gives your body time to digest what you have eaten!. You can eat again after the workout as soon as you feel like it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
