Do I still have time?!


Question: Do I still have time!?
If I do 60 min!. of cardio every other day and 30 min!. of pilates on the days I'm not doing cardio from July 17th to September 1st, will I get fit and healthy!? I just wanna lose fat on my stomach and legs (lower body) and gain more lean muscle mass!.!.how long untill I reach my goal!? What else should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

OMG! 92lb!? I think your weight is fine!. (If your shorter!.) The healthy weight is determined by your height, and i think you are too young to be worried about that kind of stuff!. I would just stick to dancing to burn off all the extra cals!. It really works for stomach fat too!. I noticed that techno music, drum and bass, house, things like that are most effective because of the upbeat!. But your so young to be killing yourself over a little extra skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
