Question: Need to lose WEIGHT!!!!?
I AM 13! and i know Iam too young to ask this Queation but I Need to Lose Alot of Weight I am scarred to tell how mush weight I weght here it goes I weight 180!!!! I was SHOKED when I found out I need to LOSE AT LEAST 40 POUNDS(and in that way I could weight like my mom) PLEASE TELL ME HOW I COULD lOSE WEIGHT !!

well, i have lost about 10 pounds over the last month and this is what i do so here goes:

- excercise EVERY DAY for at least a half hour!. take a walk, do some situps, or pushups, etc!.

- eat in moderation! you should eat 4-5 small meals every day, but make sure they arent too fattening!. dont overeat!!

- if you weigh yourself constantly, then stop doing it!. only weigh yourself in the morning, because at night you havent really digested your food, and you may weigh more!. dont become upset if you gained a pound or two! that may make you mad, but its all the water!

- finally, to loose weight, you MUST have motivation!. if youre not motivated, then there is no point!

Exercise daily!. Work out each muscle group every other day so they have a day's rest!. Strong muscles help burn fat more quickly!. Ride a bike daily too for cardiovascular exercise (it's easier on your body than running)!. Swimming is also good for you!. Also, drink 64 ounces of water a day plus 8 ounces for every 25 pounds you are overweight!. This helps you to lose excess water weight which your might be storing!. Also, snack throughout the day, six smaller meals is better than 3 larger meals!. This helps to keep your metabolism fast which in turn burns fat more quickly!. You don't want to lose weight at 13!.
Im 14 now, just turned a month ago!. and i Was 13!.
You are way too young believe me!.
It can mess with your breast development and everything!.
But if you ARE overweight, then do the weightloss slowly, it'll all be worth it, don't lose it too fast etc!.
JUST TRUST ME OK!.
excerssise everyday, work out, walk the dog aswell, do afterschool clubs, idk, you'll find the way easy!.
But!.
I regret losing 14 pounds so fast
it went straight from my boobs and You don't even want to know!.
And i don't even know how to firm them back
and im 14!.
I think i'll be a virgin forever then!.

i heard green tea works but it can be expensive, i should lose weight too (I'm 15) and my mom wont let me buy green tea!.!.!. you should do research on whatever you pick so you know the down sides!. also, as you've probly heard diet and excersise!.!.!.
next time you go to snack, instead of having potato chips, have popcorn (just dont make butter soup with it)

if you look you can find alot of alternate snacks, i would suggest seventeen!.com, they have cool workouts and hints

Change your lifestyle or you will have this problem from now on!. There is no quick fix!. A proper diet & exercise is the only way!. Don't drink any sodas, even diet sodas!. Drink mostly water!. You have to burn more calories than you consume to lose weight!. Don't ever starve yourself!. Do some research on how to eat healthy!. You need to make a plan & stick to it!. Just going on a diet won't work long term!. Identify your unhealthy habits & work to drop them!. It is good that you are concerned because that means you have the desire to do something about it!. go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food after 7 p!.m!. People achieve marvellous results with it!. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month!. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits!. But your diet is still balanced!. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just start exercising and eating better!.Im 16 and weigh 160(cant get lower grrlol) but yeaa change tha way you eat!.Like cheese and bread are bad!.So see if you can cut them out a little bit!.Start walking more places if you can!.(instead of taking a car,ect!.)

get out and dance! thats a real good way to stay fit, and it's fun!. I would start maintaining a healty diet too!. Eat salad with the dressing on the side, eat mayo free fresh grilled cheeseburgers, and substitute the american cheese for swiss!. small things like that will go a long way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
