Question: What is something I can eat alot of, that doesn't have many calories!?
I have like such a huge appetite but Im trying to keep my caloric intake at 1200 calories a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, try to munch on fruit and veggies avoid eating too many dried fruits, nuts and seeds as there very calorific and you'll put on weight in no time!

cut up carrots, cucumber and tomatoes and have the with low fat dips like yogurt based ones or make your own fresh dips! even better for you

make a fruit salad in the morning with a bit of lemon juice in it to stop it going brown and snack on that all day!
if you have a big appetite I find the besy diet to go on is slimming world as it has think called 'free food' that you can eat all day as there low in calories check it out

vegetables are naturally low in calories and high in vitamins, minerals and fiber!. vegetables like carrots, celery, lettuce, sweet potatoes, and green beans!. celery is actually a negative calorie food, meaning your body burns more calories digesting it than it absorbs !. don't listen to the people telling you to eat only fruit!. most of the carbohydrates in fruit come from sugars!. sugar = calories !

also remember to drink water even though you dont feel thirsty, as it will supress your appetite!. thirst is a symptom of mild dehydration, and many people mistake thirst for hunger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

strawberries with plain, fat free fromage frais
vegetable chunks and low fat hummus
salad with fresh lemon and pepper dressing

Popcorn is great!. You can eat a TON of it, and it hardly has calories!. Ranch flavored sunflower seeds are good too!. You have the satisfaction of eating them which takes forever!. You can eat a whole bag for not many calories Plus it will take you hours to eat themWww@Answer-Health@Com

gum!! i love gum!. you know those flavored waters!? just get an ice cube tray and pour the flavored water in it and freeze, then you have flavored ice cubes that you can suck on!. most flavored waters don't have calories, if they do, they don't have much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
