I am 5'5 and weigh 160...help me?!?!


Question: I am 5'5 and weigh 160!.!.!.help me!?!!?
I am looking to lose some fat and drop my weight down to my target level (125-130)!. I have no time limit, just a health concern for myself!. I have a pedometer and a bike as of now!. Oh and a jumprope!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

use your jumprope and jump for thirty minutes each day!.trust me its really fun!.also if you have a mp3 player,then listen to music to entertain yourself while exercising!.it works for me!.after each exercise drink lots of water,nothing else!.Then go outside and talk a walk and check your pedometer!.The pedometer just tells how many steps youve walked!.doesnt really help though!.just walk at least a mile the most five miles!.motivate yourself and listen to your mp3 player while running or walking!.Just keep doing that at a min!. of 5 days per week,or since you dont have a time limit,just do it 3 days per week!.For the other days you dont exercise walk to places that are near your home and you dont need the car for!.it saves gas,money,your weight,and confidence!.You can also ride your bike to places near your house

do cardio(the bike & jumprope can help you in this) and toning exercises(add some yoga and pilates) 5 days a week and calorie shift your food intake!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

pedometer and bike don't really work that well!.!.!.!. jogging is probably the best cuz u have to support ur own weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
