Answers:
I did 4 years of cross country, winter track, spring track!.

Cross country is a 3!.1 milk (5km) race which usually involves wooded areas, different terrains, hills and has as many as hundreds in a single heat!.

Track is anywhere from 55m to 3200m (in highschool) and contains at most 8 runners in sprint races and about 20-30 runners in distance races!. Track is also usually run on a 400m ovalish elipse shaped track!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

track is sprinting and it does do the mile but it also has field events (long jump, high jump, discus)
but cross country (my personal choice) is like 2 mile runs on trails in the woods and on the roadWww@Answer-Health@Com

Cross country is usually a distance race that is held on roads and trails!. Track events are always held on a track (indoor or outdoor)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
