if i already did my 45 mins today for my workout and usually that keeps me at same weight so if i do another 45 mins on my stepper machine could i have add another 100 cals without gaining weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weight Gain = Energy Expenditure < Energy(Calorie) Intake

So yes, if your 45mins on your stepper burns about 100kcals, then you can eat 100kcals without gaining weight!.
