Question: Im FAT!! PLEASE help!!!?
please PLEASE help me!! im a 13 year old girl with a really huge weight problem!. im 5'1", and i weigh!.!.!.go ahead, laugh!.!.!.189 pounds!. PLEASE help i know im fat!.!.!.go ahead and say it!. tell me im a pig, a blimp!.!.!.!.!.just give me a plan, too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I think it's totally about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea twice a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

ok i could tell you what i do, maybe it will help you


first of all, you need to know the rules lol
no fast food
no sodas
no bread
no pasta
drink green tea daily [make it at home, dont buy it because that one has too many calories]
drink water right after you wake up



alright so
breakfast - cereal with a fruit, or eggs!.!. whatever you like
snack - a fruit or granola bar
lunch - soup
snack
dinner - a plate with chicken and vegetables!.!. yummy


of course you can add other things too!.!. but thats what i usually eat


exercise!.!.!. well i do cardio for 30 min everyday
you could do push ups!.!. and if you dont have ideas go on youtube and look for those workout videos

the basics are easy !.!.!. expend (exercise) more calories than you consume (eat)!. Cut out the sodas, pizza, french fries, etc!. Eat more fresh fruit and veggies!. And get more exercise - walk, jump rope, dance!. And set realistic goals, it doesn't come off overnight!. About 1-2 pounds per week is a healthy rate!. Good luck !Www@Answer-Health@Com

first off ask your doctor for help second eat no junk food!. only natural food like fruits, vegetables, meat with little fat!. Go jogging on the treadmill or something for 30 minutes straight with out stopping every day!. Oh yeah and drink only water!. hope this helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the best thing to do is eat healthy, exercise, (at home if your very self-conscience) stay away from junk food, sodas, etc!. it will be hard, but keep at it and you'll become skinnier within weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat healthy, no junk food!. Exercise!.

Eat small meals every 2,3 hours!. Dont starve!.
