Whats the best way to tone your legs (thighs) etc? without using weights?

i need to tone! i already walk a lot but thats not really doing anything for me. whats the best way?

LUNGES!, LUNGES!, LUNGES!!!!! do them with the little 2 pound ankle weights on and you'll have tone that you'll be jealous of in about a week. Spend 30 minutes stepping up and down your front step or in the back yard. But the main thing is to lunch as far and as low as you can. If you aint sore the next day then you aint doin nothin. Try getting say, a mop and do squats, use the mop for stability, You'll look like a frog but its even good for keeping kids, if you have them, in shape too! Put your own style into it and make it comfortable. Good luck! Post an update and let us know how it goes!!
