Question: How to lose up to 5 pounds quickly!?
I am a 13 year old girl, I'm 4'11" and i weigh 102-103 pounds!. I used to be like 97 pounds, but then i just started gaining weight!. My highest was 105, and now i'm on my own diet and i am regularly 102-103 pounds!. my diet includes the food pyramid and no junk food!. it is a small meal of grains and fruit in the morning, a medium meal of anything in the afternoon, and a medium-small meal of meat and beans, vegetables, and dairy in the evening!. Today, when i weighed 103 pounds, i just started running down my hall 20 times, and i only weighed 102!.5 after this!. I think i'll do this every day, but i need more advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sweetie, you REALLY do not need to lose more weight!. However, I understand being uncomfortable!. 5 pounds equals 16,500 calories!. That means 8 days of not eating at all which I would NOT suggest because you will immediately gain it back!. Over 3 weeks you can lose 5 pounds safely by shrinking back your midday meal, and exercising for one hour, running, etc!. Unfortunately you will probablly gain more weight as you grow older- unless you're done growing!. However you're diet seems real healthy, but you can add in a little junk for fun, and stay essentially the same weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Keep on that diet and excersise everyday!. You'll lose 5 pounds easily!.!. Just keep on that diet and make sure you don't cheat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
