Help..i have some questions.?!


Question: Help!.!.i have some questions!.!?
i have heard that before you exercise!.!.lifting weights and stuff of that nature, you need to get oxygen into your bones!? and you can do that by running!? how does that work!?

oh, and how does the muscle getting big thing works!. like what makes your muscles grow when you exercise!?

Before you start exercising, its wise to do a brief warm-up!. What this does is literally 'warm' your muscles up and get the blood and oxygen flowing to them so they're well prepared for exercise!.

The warm-up doesn't need to be long!. 5-10 minutes is plenty!.
It also shouldn't be too strenuous!.
A low setting on the bike or light jog is fine!.

Oxegyn gets spread through your bones when you run, yes!.

Muscles get bigger when you use weights because the muscle tears and protein layers on top to repair the muscle which adds to the muscle!.
