Question: Lossing Man Boobs!?
Ok so Ive decided awhile ago to losses weight and got in better shape then i was but i still have man boobs and there the same size :P And i do 100sit ups a day 20+ push up meaning 20 is avg but i sometimes up it im a big guy 6'2 250 so i cant do like 100 yet but does anyone know something that will get rid of em oh ya i also do some cardioWww@Answer-Health@Com

Man boobs are made up of excess fat that has unfortunately decided to accumulate in the breasts!. You can keep working your chest - which will help build muscle and fill you out -- but you also have to lower you body fat!.

I don't know what you're currently doing for cardio, but one of the routines most recommended by professionals is something called interval training!.

Its basically short periods of intensity mixed with short periods of rest!. What this does is essentially smack your metabolism in the FACE to wake it up and force it to burn fat!.

Here's a perfect example that worked for me:

1 minute - jog (warm up)
30 seconds - sprint
30 seconds - jog
30 seconds - sprint
30 seconds - jog
30 seconds - sprint
30 seconds - jog
30 seconds - sprint
1 minute - jog (cool down)

This entire workout lasts less than 6 minutes but will absolutely kick your butt!. When you

sprint, go 100% full speed!. At the end, you can jog for longer if you'd like until your heart rate calms down a little!.

Do this everyday for a week and I will bet you anything you'll notice a difference!.

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body!. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps!. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve!. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories!. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities!.

and just workout 3 days a week
do the pushups and situps really slow, 10 seconds up and 5 seconds down!. also, maybe do bodyweight squats the same way!. you can hold on to a doorknob or doorway and do them slow!.
repetitions don't matter!. you should do as many as you can and doing them slowly you won't be able to do many but you will really know you've had a good workout!.
you'll probably lose about 25lbs in 6 weeks if you do this!.

well- I've been pretty successful lately in losing women boobs (sigh)- As you lose weight all over you will eventually lose weight in that area as well!. your not quite at a healthy weight, but your also not far from it, with your routine I bet you'll be tere in no time!. I would do more than "some" cardio though!. thats the best in terms of losing fat- in fact I bet you have great "pertoral" muscles under there you just can't see em!. 1st step-get a gym membership
2nd step-spend 10 minutes looking at the upper body machines and remember which machines are made for toning your chest
3rd step-do these exercises every other day

p!.s!. don't lift heavy weights every day because you can tear muscles in you don't give your muscles time to regroup and build back up!.

sorry to tell you this but this means you've gained alittle to much weight!. men only get "boobs" when they have to much fat on their body's!.!.!. you need to work out and drink alot of water!. water flushes fat and working out gets your body into shape and you'll tighten mussels and when you do that they'll start to go away!.!.

Man boobs are fat, and cardio is much better for getting rid of fat than push ups!. Push ups will tone, but it's the cardio that will burn the fat off!. You should be doing AT LEAST 30 minutes a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How old are you!? Most of the time it is related to fat!. For some men its one of those stubborn areas and is sometimes the last to go when dieting and loosing weight!.

It is a matter of losing body fat!.!.push ups will strengthen your pecs but the fat is what makes them seem like boobs!.

Frankly your not lean enough, also this condition may be hereditary!. Also doing a million sit ups and push ups is worthless, and you should stop wasting your time if your diet isnt in check and your doing more than SOME cardio!. My friend at 250 lbs you need to be doing a lot of cardio!. I feel like a skipping record here but!.!.!.!. YOU CANT SPOT REDUCE!. PERIOD!.

CALORIES IN = CALORIES OUT TO LOOSE WEIGHT!. ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE PEOPLE!. ITS DEDICATION AND CONSISTENCY

Hi, I own a gym!. You should always consult a physician before starting any type of weight loss regimen!. That being said!.

My best advice to you is first check out sites like fitday!.com to find out what your daily caloric intake is, and to what category your calories come from!. If you all ready know what your intake is make sure you are getting the right types of calories!.!.!.such as lean proteins and good carbs, water, water, water!. Skip the soda, cut it out NOW if you know whats good for you, at least do not make soda a habit!. Diet is a huge part of any weight loss success!. Have 3 meals daily and small 100 calorie snacks in between!. Your body is like a furnace give it stuff to burn and your burn will last longer, put it into starvation mode and your sabotaging yourself!. EAT EAT EAT!. Just eat good stuff!.

A few good rules of thumb I follow is if the food derives 50% or more of its calories from fat its not a good choice!. Simply pay attention to food labels, if you never have, start now!. I stay away from white flour, things high in sugar and salt!.

Secondly 1 hour of cardio vascular exercise a minimum of 4 times a week is recommends for anyone trying to loose weight!. It is important that you find your target heart rate and stay within your range for weight loss, anything under is a waste of time, anything over is purely for your heart health!. You can google find my target heart rate to determine yours or ask at the gym!. Know that healthy weight loss means a loss of 2-3 pounds weekly!.

Lastly!. Be aware that you can not spot reduce!. Meaning only working on abs and thighs is not going to benefit you!. Adopt a full body routine!. Google full body routines, pick up a book on beginners guides to working out, or if youve never been in a gym before purchase a package with a trainer!. Many trainers will allow you to split the cost with a partner!.


Maintaining a life long commitment to good eating habits and exercise can never begin too early and will ALWAYS benefit you in ways too numerous to list!. When your 55 which I KNOW seems a life time away, you will thank yourself for treating your bod like the temple it truly is!.
