Question: What should i eat for lunch that is healthy!?
I don't have much food right now!
I don't have:
salad
eggs
bread

Stay away from mayo unless you KNOW it's fat free!. Chicken salad or egg salad sounds healthy but it's really not! What you have sounds healthy as long as you watch your portion sizes!. Restaurant portion sizes are huge which is why they have so many calories!. Also breads can really vary in calorie counts, with the premium breads usually more!. stick to whole wheat or whole grain if you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, what do you have then!?!?!? The best thing I can think of is for you to make soup that will do you a few days!.!.It will cost you monday to buy in but then you can live on it for what like 2/3 days even a week if you really want to:- you can make any soups, they are really easy honestly!.!. just type into your yahoo - soup receipes and they will come up with pages!.!. I recommend carrot and coriander and that is low fat too and yummy - with tiger bread1 I could live on thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

well, if you have cheese then you could melt some on the bread and have water and salad
(cheese bread is oily but fairly healthy)Www@Answer-Health@Com
